MOSAICA Provisioning Application brings powerful web-based tools to provision, manage and activate services and telecom resources at all levels of an IP Centrex offer :

  • Operator level
  • Reseller/OEM level
  • Company administrator level
  • User selfcare level

This OSS module simplifies exploitation and deployment of IP telephony customers and adds comprehensive value to the global solution.

Switch

MOSAICA® "Centrex-in a box" solution includes class5 switching capabilities to manage, provision and supervise end-points and telephone lines.

In particular, MOSAICA's MCM-S (MOSAICA Call Manager Server) is a scalable carrier-class switching system that supports the following class5 features :

  • MGCP and SIP end-points management ;
  • Emergency numbers management ;
  • SIP signaling protocol support for SIP/SS7 softswitches, external application servers or media gateway interconnections.

Customer Care Portal

The customer care portal delivers all necessary billing information to business customers : by logging on a secured web-based interface, company administrators, CFOs or company managers can consult their detailed invoices, reports and even pending expenses for one or more sites.

Customer Selfcare Portal

The customer selfcare portal enables end-users to easily manage and parameter their services through a web-based interface.

Billing

MOSAICA® BillingCare module is an optional module that is natively integrated and compliant with our provisioning service plug.
Through a simple web interface, BILLINGCARE enables the operator to fully manage the billing cycle, from collecting CDR (Call Detail Records) and other billable events to invoice edition, including mediation.

Application Server

MOSAICA® includes a sophisticated SIP Application Server supporting IP Centrex and convergent applications.
