MOSAICA® offers 5 main pre-packaged applications suites to serve the needs of business customers far beyond basic IP Centrex services. These applications include :

• Hosted Corporate Telephony (H.C.T) is MOSAICA®’s multi-tenant virtual PBX Service Plug, it includes all regular sophisticated PBX services, multisite private numbering plan services, basic ACD (automatic call distribution) and one-number follow-me services, with a personal telephony web portal ;
• The Unified Messaging (U.M) Service Plug provides all traditional ingoing or outgoing integrated fax services (fax-to mail, fax-to web and PC-to fax) and voicemail services (traditional voicemail, voicemail-to email, voicemail-to web), along with the PBX service or separately ;
• The Convergence Service Plug deals with CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) applications, like a PC-based operator console or a CTI pop-up application with APIs to connect this application with most local business CRM/CTI/database applications
• The Mobility Service Plug includes all services and applications related to mobility like mobile terminals, teleworking or nomadic usages ;
• The Groupware Service Plug is a set of collaborative features that smoothly integrate with all other telephony or multimedia features, and can either be used as separate web-based services or interface with other popular groupware applications like Microsoft Outlook;
